Ed is an established coach & trainer, having accrued significant experience across a broad range of performance improvement engagements. He is a qualified Executive Coach & Leadership Mentor, a qualified Performance Coach, a Master Practitioner and Certified Trainer of Neuro-Linguistic Programming (NLP), a qualified Hypnotherapist, and a Clinical Practitioner of NLP. As a person committed to his own on-going learning, Ed continues to attend training events, coaching supervision and seminars and actively supports research into the efficacy of coaching, leadership mentoring and NLP. Ed is a coach & trainer member of the EMCC, ACUK & ANLP.
Ed has worked across a wide range of commercial environments, initially specialising within Procurement & Supply Chain Management. His clients have included blue chips, public sector bodies, SME’s & Micro businesses across numerous sectors including Financial Services, Central Government, Petrochemical, Manufacturing, Pharmaceuticals, Recruitment, Education, Supply Chain, Procurement, IT and Logistics. Most of his coaching clients have been business leaders, managers and team leaders. He also works with teams to optimise performance (team coaching and training) and helps organisations mature their business HR and L&D functions.
Jo has over 30 years’ experience working in the health and charity sectors, much at Director level. She is a qualified NLP Practitioner and Coach as well as an MBTI Practitioner. She was the local Organisation Development lead in the NHS working in Hampshire. The majority of her work has been to organise and design training and development for people in all areas of the medical sector, having been Director of Education at the Royal Society of Medicine for 14 years. Jo’s work has included mentoring and coaching at all levels.
Jo has an MA in Higher and Professional Education with her area of interest being life-long learning and self-directed learning. These elements chine beautifully with the principles of NLP.
These days Jo has developed a further specialism: caring for carers – supporting those of us whose lives are overtaken by caring for another person. Jo understands the time, effort and energy needed in these roles and facilitates carers to develop the personal resources needed to look after themselves as well as the person they care for.
